Articles of Incorporation
The Articles of Incorporation (AoI) of AGES were agreed upon by the founding members at the constitutional meeting in Geneva on June 24, 2014 and revised in 2016 (Revision I) by the General Assembly.
The AoI define the objectives and purpose of AGES, the memberships and stipulate the rights and duties of the General Assembly, the Board, and the Statutory Auditors.
The Rules and Regulations, issued by the Board of AGES, define the conditions of membership as well as remuneration scales, fees and expenses for services rendered to AGES.
